Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum quantity for embroidery items but odering multiples is always a cost effective option.
How to order uniforms/workwear?
Select one of our suppliers to view clothing options available. Make a note of the garment code you are interested in, supplier name and size. Email or call us for a quote or to order. If you have your own logo, please upload your logo too. If you are still not sure how to proceed, contact us and we will be more than happy to guide you through the whole process.
What is the Standard Production time?
Normal production time for most products is 8-10 working days from the time we confirm your order as a new customer. For repeat orders, it will take only 4 to 6 working days.
Do you cater for quick Turnaround Jobs?
Yes, we strive to meet customer deadlines.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, you can supply us your own garments. However, it is mostly economical for customers to buy uniforms from us with embroidery/heat transfer because this way they qualify for a package discount. We reserve the right not to embroider unusual or difficult garments or products.
How much is the set up cost for my Logo?
There is a one off set up cost per logo. Set up fee varies depending on the complexity of the logo. We will let you know the set up cost when we give you a quote. We do not charge any set fees on orders over 100 pieces.
Can I visit you to select garments?
Yes. We would love to meet with you in our office but we prefer that you call us prior to visiting, to arrange an appointment. We have a range of samples available at our office but we may need to pre-order the garments, sizes and colours you require, from our suppliers.
What file format do you require for logo digitizing?
We accept good quality images in any of these file formats i.e., EPS, PDF, BITMAP, JPEG or PNG.
What is the largest sizes you can supply for uniforms?
We can supply any size available from our suppliers.
Is Shipping included in the per unit rates?
Our prices do not include shipping charges. We will notify you extra charges for shipping.
